Dutch-speaking Technical Consultant ServiceNow

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, electronics, or a comparable field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Experience with web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience with Agile environments and software development life cycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Experience within the public domain or independent administrative bodies is a major plus.

• Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, ITAM modules, and integrations with external systems.
• Extending and customizing the ServiceNow data model to support AMDB, CMDB, SACM, and other modules.
• Driving best practices by implementing technology-specific standards and reviewing designs for usability and quality.
