Manager ServiceNow - Technology Consulting

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree
• At least 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years of practical experience with ServiceNow
• At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, preferably in the field of risk or security operations.
• You feel comfortable in client meetings, pre-sales, communication, and leading and guiding technical teams.
• Fluent Dutch; English is a plus;
• You are available for at least 32 hours per week

• Translating business requirements into (custom) technical designs.
• Aligning people, processes, and technology.
• Leading offshore implementation teams
• Ensuring that solutions are implemented according to design and that results meet business requirements
• Defining and promoting best practices in the field of implementation as well as (agile) way-of-working
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development
• Collaborating with non-technical disciplines to reach optimal solutions (experience designers, risk & cyber consultants, operational teams)
• Advising clients on how technology can promote efficiency, sustainability, and business success
