What you'll do

As a Business Support Analyst for our component repair processes, you are the key to insight and optimization. You function as a (financial) analyst and sparring partner for the various shops and management of Component Services. Through sharp analyses and advice regarding lead time, costs, and process improvement, you make the difference for our component maintenance and you are the driving force behind data-driven decision-making.

As a Business Support Analyst, you are the connecting factor between operations, commerce, and engineering. You analyze data and processes, advise on improvements regarding the cost performance of the various repair shops, and support the Capability Development Manager with the (financial) optimization of the capability portfolio to make it transparent which component maintenance is or is not profitable. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to an efficient and profitable organization.

What will you do?

Concretely, this means:

  • Preparing financial analyses to realize process improvements and cost savings for the component repair shops.

You will work closely with the Capability Development Manager, colleagues from Shop Engineering, Component Repair, Commercial Operations, Procurement, and Air France Industries. A place where professionalism, cooperation, and teamwork are central.

Hiring process

Then don't wait any longer, and apply for the 'final boarding call' by 03-11-2026!
You do not need to write a motivation letter; during your online application, we will ask you several targeted questions. Your application procedure consists of two interviews and possibly an assessment, capacity test, and a security screening.

The selection interviews are scheduled for Thursday, November 12; please take this into account!

Candidates who are positively selected for the first interview will receive an email in which they can choose a suitable time slot for the interview themselves. This keeps the process fast and clear, and gives you control over your schedule. You will hear from us within two weeks after the vacancy closes.

You can log in at any time via your personal candidate profile. Here you will find the vacancy you applied for - even after it has closed - as well as a clear dashboard with any other ongoing applications within KLM, including status updates. Do you have the drive to grow further in this role? Then we look forward to your application.

Did you know that according to research, women are less likely to apply than men if they do not meet all the job requirements? A shame. Because 'the perfect candidate' is, in our view, a myth. So, do you have the drive to still grow in some aspects of this role? We look forward to your application.

A reference check may be part of the application procedure.
