As an Integral Scheduler, you create staff schedules, manage them, and adjust them where necessary. You maintain an overview, connect different interests, and ensure appropriate solutions for unexpected situations, such as illness, changes, or shifting staffing levels. Additionally, you look ahead, identify bottlenecks, and actively contribute ideas for improving our staff deployment and scheduling processes.

Your most important tasks and responsibilities

• You create and manage staff schedules for various teams and disciplines within KLM Health Services;
• You ensure optimal and balanced staffing;
• You keep the schedule up to date and make adjustments in case of illness, leave, and unexpected changes;
• You identify disruptions and resolve them independently and pragmatically;
• You are the point of contact for employees, managers, and supervisors regarding questions about the schedule;
• You coordinate regularly with various teams and know how to bring different interests together effectively;
• You ensure proper administrative processing of the schedule and the associated data;

You can handle ad-hoc situations well, make independent decisions where possible, and seek coordination when necessary.

In addition, you bring the following:

• You possess at least an MBO 4 level of professional and intellectual ability;
• You have at least 2 years of demonstrable experience as a scheduler, staff planner, or roster planner in a complex environment;
• You are analytically strong and have good insight into staffing and scheduling issues;
• You are accurate and administratively strong;
• You are flexible and do not find it a problem to occasionally start early and adjust when the schedule requires it;
• You are stress-resistant and can switch gears quickly when a disruption occurs;
• You are independent, take responsibility, and actively contribute ideas for improvements.

• Your salary is between €3,425 and €4,564 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week and is dependent on your knowledge and experience;
