As a Senior Business Analyst at Varrlyn, you will work on transformation projects within Finance, Credit Risk, Payments, Treasury and Regulatory Reporting. You will make complex issues insightful and translate them into solutions that are technically feasible, auditable and business-valuable.

• Analyzing financial processes, credit risk processes, systems and information flows
• Gathering, structuring and translating requirements into functional solutions
• Determining the impact of new regulations and process changes
• Translating Finance and Credit Risk needs into data, process and system requirements
• Facilitating workshops and interviews with business, risk, finance and IT stakeholders
• Drafting user stories, process models and functional specifications
• Collaborating with product owners, developers, data engineers, testers and architects
• Supporting system implementations, migrations and process improvements
• Contributing to projects regarding Credit Risk, Finance, Payments, SWIFT or Regulatory Reporting
• Ensuring that solutions align with the complete end-to-end process
• Mentoring junior analysts and sharing knowledge within the project team

Experience within banking, asset management or another financial institution is a strong plus. Knowledge of Credit Risk, Finance, IFRS 9, lending, payments, SWIFT, treasury, Murex, regulatory reporting or financial products makes your profile extra interesting.
