As a Logistics & Cargo Handling Associate, you are the pivot in our cargo process. Together with your team, you ensure that all incoming and outgoing cargo, mail, and special shipments are handled safely, efficiently, and on time. Your work is varied and physically challenging. Think of tasks such as:

• Physical handling: You load and unload cargo, build and break down pallets and ULDs, and ensure the correct securing, packaging, and flight safety of shipments.
• Control and registration: You check shipments for completeness, damage, irregularities, and flight safety. You accurately register all data in our logistics systems (such as Chain, RTP, PCHS, IC).
• Safety and procedures: You work strictly according to all applicable safety, quality, and security procedures (such as ARBO, AHM, ISO). You address colleagues and third parties regarding unsafe behavior and report incidents or deviations in a timely manner.
• Problem-solving: You identify irregularities and deviations, and report these to your supervisor in a timely manner. Where possible, you solve small problems independently.
• Equipment management: You perform daily routine maintenance on mobile equipment and report any defects.
• Teamwork: You work closely with your colleagues, coordinators, and other departments to ensure operational progress and to create a clean and safe working environment.
