As an Account Manager at Ivy, you play a key role in connecting technical talent with challenging projects. With your experience in staffing or technical recruitment, you know how to guide clients through their personnel challenges. With your network, commercial insight, and sincere interest in people, you know how to make the right matches between the client and our Project Engineers.

You love opening doors with new clients, but you are also strong at maintaining relationships. You understand that sales at Ivy is not about targets, but about trust, collaboration, and quality.

In addition to account management, you will also be involved with Ivy internally. We are an entrepreneurial and fast-growing organization that has doubled in size over the past 3 years. An Account Manager at Ivy is therefore a very dynamic role; you work together with all departments of Ivy and must therefore be able to juggle many balls at once. Additionally, numerical and analytical skills are important as you will deal extensively with industry and technology.

• HBO/WO thinking level
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in staffing, sales, or account management
• An existing network in the technical sector is a strong plus
