From the Project Management Office (PMO), you will lead one or more organization-wide projects that realize this development. Through clear governance, professional commissioning, and strong project control, you ensure that strategy is actually executed.

From strategy to demonstrable results
As a Senior Project Manager within the PMO, you steer complex projects from assignment to realization and assurance. You translate strategic objectives into a manageable approach and are responsible for scope, planning, budget, quality, and results. You organize decision-making, monitor coherence, and intervene when risks, dependencies, or delays threaten progress.
Your added value is evidenced by demonstrable results: decisions are executed, projects deliver the intended effects, and changes are sustainably anchored in the organization.

How do you add value?
In this role:

• you translate complex assignments within the PMO governance into a clear scope, concrete results, an executable project plan, and clear decision points;
• you actively steer on execution, planning, budget, quality, and results, and ensure that actions and decisions are followed up;
• you coordinate project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, and hold them accountable for contributions, agreements, and responsibilities;
• you identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, organize timely solutions, and escalate where necessary;
• you lead implementations and guide the change, so that results are sustainably secured in processes, systems, working methods, and the line organization.

PMO as an accelerator of change
You work within a professional PMO that supports and accelerates BDO's strategic change mandate. Uniform working methods, clear governance, and professional commissioning and contracting form the basis for effective execution. Together with management, senior stakeholders, and professionals, you steer projects in which content, processes, systems, and diverse interests converge. You take a position, organize progress, and are visibly responsible for realization and sustainable implementation.

You are an experienced project manager who combines methodology with pragmatism and decisiveness. You quickly bring structure, see through diverse interests, and maintain course under pressure. You steer sharply on results, make expectations explicit, and know when consultation suffices and when decision-making must be enforced.
