Senior Transformation Consultant

You have completed a relevant HBO or WO degree and have extensive relevant work experience, for which we assume approximately five years or more for this senior role. You have experience with complex change or transformation tasks, preferably within consultancy and/or the financial sector.

You have demonstrable experience with project or change management and are used to taking responsibility for results. You can analyze complex issues, provide structure, and translate them into solutions that work in practice.

You liaise easily with various stakeholders, also at a senior level, and know how to get people on board without always having formal authority. Additionally, you have a sense for the commercial side of consultancy: you understand what is happening at a client, build relationships, and recognize where Projective Group can deliver additional value.

More importantly: you take ownership, are pragmatic, and enjoy working together. You find it natural to share your knowledge, help colleagues further, and besides your client assignment, contribute to the development of the Practice.

You communicate excellently in both Dutch and English. Experience with methodologies surrounding, for example, Agile, Lean, change management, project management, or organizational transformation is a plus.

· A salary between €5,500 and €10,500 gross per month, depending on your experience and professional maturity, plus a good pension scheme.

As a Senior Transformation Consultant at Projective Group, you help organizations translate strategic ambitions into concrete change. You work on complex transformation issues at banks, insurers, pension organizations, and other financial institutions, guiding clients from analysis and advice to actual implementation.

You move easily between strategy and execution. You bring structure to complex issues, bring stakeholders along in change, and ensure that plans do not remain merely on paper. At the same time, you build sustainable client relationships, share your expertise with colleagues, and contribute to the further development of Projective Group.

Your Practice: Transformation

Within our Transformation Practice, consultants work to help organizations get change truly working. We combine knowledge of organizational change, project and change management, operational excellence, and digital transformation with deep experience within the financial sector.

You work together with colleagues with different backgrounds and expertise and actively share knowledge from client assignments. Within the Practice, you will also be given space to help build our propositions, methodologies, and expertise, and to further develop yourself within the topics that give you energy.

• Lead and guide complex transformation and change processes at clients.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete roadmaps, plans, and actionable changes.
• Advise clients on, among other things, organizational change, process optimization, digital transformation, operating models, and changes due to laws and regulations.
• Structure and monitor governance, planning, risks, dependencies, and decision-making within assignments.
• Liaise with stakeholders at various levels and bring senior management along in analyses, choices, and recommendations.
• Guide teams and colleagues and ensure that different interests and disciplines come together.
• Perform analyses, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate these into concrete solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and identify commercial opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Contribute to client proposals, propositions, and the further development of our Transformation Practice.
• Sharing knowledge with colleagues, for example through training sessions, articles, events or other internal and external initiatives.
