Senior Consultant – AI, Transformations & Innovation in Operations (Financial Services)

As a Senior Consultant, you advise our clients on improvement projects, such as deploying AI Agents, streamlining processes, and implementing innovative digital solutions that improve performance and reduce costs. You lead transformations that lead to measurable improvements for our clients.

Within the Operations team, you will receive the freedom and responsibility to apply your vision and expertise in expanding the team. You will do this together with colleagues from all our Service Lines in multidisciplinary teams.

• You lead challenging projects for our clients: from analysis, to advice, through to implementation

• You deliver value at all levels of the client's organization: one day you might facilitate a strategy workshop with the executive board, and the next day you are working with your team on an AI agent designed to improve productivity

• You maintain relationships with clients and your own network. In doing so, you identify new opportunities and translate these into new projects

• You guide, coach, and train colleagues and clients

• You have a key role in developing and growing the Operations Service Line

• You work on innovations and new propositions (e.g., AI enabled OpEx) for our clients in collaboration with the BearingPoint network

• You have a relevant master's degree and 5+ years of work experience

• You have experience in and are enthusiastic about leading (consulting) teams and projects

• You have expertise in driving innovation, performance improvements, and process improvements in operational environments (certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus)

• You have knowledge and experience in financial services

• You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and verbal)
