The role
Transformation Enablement is a growing community within the People & Transformation team of KPMG Advisory. We are looking for professionals who get enthusiastic about challenging change assignments at clients and want to contribute to the further development and impact of this community.
As a Senior Transformation Manager, you will be involved in large-scale and often complex programs from day one. You bring sharpness through your expertise in program management, strategic stakeholder management, and change management. You work in dynamic environments with colleagues and stakeholders from various disciplines. The work is varied, analytically challenging, and requires decisiveness. Examples of assignments include restructuring programs, recovery programs, strategic implementation programs, and deal-related projects. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to transformations that matter to our clients.
“You work on transformations that matter – often under high pressure, but that is exactly what makes the work so meaningful. The combination of substantive expertise and the ability to provide direction, even when the route is not yet fully mapped out, makes every assignment challenging and inspiring.”
– Guido, Director People & Transformation
Within People & Transformation, you work in one integrated team, containing four Communities of Practice: Organizational Change Management, Technology Change Management, Transformation Enablement, and Culture & Strategy Alignment. These communities offer space for deepening expertise, knowledge sharing, and professional development. What connects us is a solid foundation in project and program management and knowledge of (behavioral) change to help clients move forward. We approach transformations integrally: from strategy and technology to behavior and culture.
The team is characterized by energy, craftsmanship, and a strong focus on collective impact. We believe in the power of the team and consciously look at everyone's qualities and ambitions, so that you can make an impact in a way that suits you. You work hybrid: at the client, at our office in Amstelveen, and from home. Our team is growing, and your development grows with us.
Curious about how we work? Then listen to our podcast: the Change Café , where we share experiences, insights, and practical examples.

- Advising and guiding executives and boards in realizing strategic goals, with attention to content, process, and the human side of change.
- Providing direction in new, complex environments and translating urgency into a results-oriented approach.
- Switching between conceptual thinking and substantive elaboration, and involving colleagues with specific expertise to arrive at supported solutions.
- Contributing to KPMG’s positioning as a leading knowledge partner within Transformation Enablement.
