(Senior) Veterinarian & Practice Manager – AniCura Zuidlaren

• You have completed training as a veterinarian and have relevant practical work experience.

• Experience with practice management is a plus, but not a requirement.

As (Senior) Veterinarian & Practice Manager, you will combine your passion for veterinary medicine with responsibility for the daily operations of our clinic in Zuidlaren.

You will be visible on the work floor, working as a veterinarian, and simultaneously serving as the point of contact for the team and for the daily organization of the clinic.

• You will work as a veterinarian during consultation hours and treat companion animals across the full spectrum.

• You will contribute to the further development and maintenance of our veterinary care at a high level.

• You will be responsible for the good daily organization and business operations of the clinic.

• You will coach and motivate the team of veterinarians and veterinary nurses and stimulate collaboration, ownership, and development.

• You will identify opportunities and areas for improvement and, together with the team, translate these into concrete actions.

• Collaboration with Anicura Veterinary Center Hopmans in Roden for services outside opening hours. Approximately 2 x 12 hours per month on-call duty at the veterinary post there.

• You will ensure a pleasant working environment in which quality, trust, and job satisfaction are central. You are always cheerful and full of positivity.

• You will work closely with the regional operations team and other practice managers within AniCura.

You don't need to be able to do everything already. Do you have the ambition as a veterinarian to further develop towards practice management? Even then, we cordially invite you to respond.

• You have an eye for both the quality of care and the organization surrounding it.
