The role

As a Packaging Operator, you will get to know our machines inside and out through our internal training program! You are responsible for the process from the kibble to the product's departure to our warehouse, and you will perform your duties in a 3-shift roster where the Friday night is off. This means you get a lovely long weekend!

What you'll do

The machines are computer-controlled and modern. You start them up, set them up, monitor them, and rebuild them during Change-Overs. In addition, you are responsible for quality controls together with the Quality Inspectors.

You resolve the most common malfunctions and, if specialist knowledge from a Maintenance Technician is necessary, you call upon them and assist where needed. To prevent any potential malfunctions, you will also work on Autonomous Maintenance tasks using an iPad.

What do we ask?

Training at Operator A or B level or currently studying for this (No diploma? But do have an affinity for Technology? Then after completing the internal training via a shortened track, you can obtain your Operator A diploma with us!)

The Packaging department consists of three packaging lines. The factory continues to innovate, and as such, an entirely new packaging line is currently being developed using the most modern techniques in the field of changeovers. With this new line, changeovers will be fully controlled automatically, including by servo motors. The line will be installed in the factory later this year.
