Put your writing talent to use for reliable infrastructure! At Hollandia Services, you will help write winning tenders for bridges, locks, and storm surge barriers. As a tender strategist, you translate technical expertise into persuasive texts. You ensure that we stand out with quality, sustainability, and innovation, without losing sight of feasibility.

As a tender strategist at Hollandia Services, you will work on tenders for various projects. Think of storm surge barriers, construction team assignments, and maintenance contracts for provinces and municipalities. You extract the technical expertise from the team and translate this information into persuasive plans that align precisely with the award criteria. You write about topics such as collaboration, sustainability, circularity, cost control, and design. In doing so, you ensure that our plans are not only distinctive but also feasible and realistic. You are part of a tender team of 10 colleagues: 4 tender managers, 4 estimators, a tender coordinator, and a cost expert. Sometimes you work with external agencies and sometimes you lead a tender yourself. The position is new, so you will have all the space to help shape the best price-quality ratio (BPKV) process and further develop your role. Your main tasks consist of:

• Translating a request for tender into a winning strategy and ultimately a distinctive BPKV plan

• Facilitating brainstorms to extract the best solutions from the tender team.

• Shaping the BPKV process, with a focus on collaboration and quality

• Analyzing tender documents and providing input for requests for clarification

• Mapping customer needs through interviews, customer analyses, and dialogues

• Thinking along about process improvements and the standardization of policies and texts on common themes for tenders

You switch easily between different conversation partners, ask the right questions, and quickly get to the core of complex information.
