Project Planner

You are the link between 'inside' and 'outside'. As a project planner, you are involved in projects from start to finish. Thanks to you, the project runs smoothly. Our field colleagues are always provided by you with the right materials and information to make the project a success.

This role revolves around oversight, coordination, and organizing. In the office, you work on budgets, work plans, and scheduling. At the project location, you coordinate with colleagues and keep an eye on progress. Meanwhile, you liaise with clients, site managers, and subcontractors. It is precisely that combination of organizing and collaborating that makes the work varied and challenging. Furthermore, your tasks consist of:

• Arranging permits and required documents

• Liaising with the project manager, site manager, client, and (sub)contractors

• Organizing traffic measures and environmental management

• Elaborating on additional and reduced work and ensuring proper handling

• Finally, arranging a complete handover file

You will be working at a family business with a good working atmosphere. We look out for one another and have various social activities per year, and finally, you work on well-known and large projects. In addition, you can count on:

• A salary of € 4,130.00 to € 5,976.00 gross per month

• A day off every now and then? We offer 40 days off and a pension scheme via the Metalektro collective labor agreement

• Travel allowance, with the possibility of an electric lease car after one year of service, to regularly visit customers and projects

In this position, you maintain oversight and ensure that projects proceed according to schedule. This requires someone who thinks ahead, switches gears easily, and remains calm when the schedule changes. You work with various parties and know how to distinguish main issues from secondary ones. Additionally, you bring the following:

• A completed MBO+ or HBO education in the field of mechanical engineering or civil engineering

• Technical knowledge of, among other things, construction techniques, material knowledge, and reading technical drawings

• Experience with planning and organizing, so that you identify and resolve bottlenecks in time

Hollandia Services plays an important role in the maintenance and renovation of the Dutch infrastructure. With 200 technical experts, we maintain bridges, locks, and flood defenses. From our head office in Capelle aan den IJssel, Hollandia Services grew towards the North. The renovation of thirteen bridges and eleven locks in Flevoland opened the gateway to the North, and with the lock in Lemmer, we approached the border of Fryslân. Because there is a lot of work in this region, we opened our branch in Sint Nicolaasga (Sint Nyk), with local people who perform the work more easily and quickly nearby.

From Sint Nyk, we maintain and renovate bridges, locks, and flood defenses throughout the North, with a compact team and the strength of all of Hollandia at our back. We work closely with our colleagues in Krimpen aan den IJssel for the right expertise, on projects such as the Tsjerk Hiddessluizen near Harlingen, the bridge at Engwierum, and various bridges and locks in Groningen. Thus, there is always a project that matches your knowledge and ambition.
