To continue our growth, we are looking for a Senior Project Planner. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians, and you will be an important link in the success of every project.

As a Senior Project Planner, you are responsible for the complete preparation and support of projects. You ensure that everything is correct down to the last detail before execution begins and maintain control over planning, technology, and costs throughout the project.

• Project Planning: preparing schedules, work instructions, and material take-offs. You check maintenance reports and fault notifications and initiate actions where necessary;

• Technology & engineering: developing designs, working drawings, and schematic diagrams;

• Procurement & planning: ordering materials, equipment, and subcontractors and monitoring delivery times;

• Project Support: identifying bottlenecks and providing technical support to technicians. You maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders;

• Administration & finance: processing extra and reduced work, checking invoices, and maintaining project administration. After the completion of the activities, you are responsible for invoicing and monitoring project costs;

• Quality & documentation: preparing as-built documents, warranty files, and project folders. You monitor the progress and quality of ongoing projects and ensure that all activities meet the set requirements and standards.
