Education & certifications

The role
Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?
This assignment runs for a longer period, 28 hours per week, at one location in Capelle aan den IJssel. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constantly re-onboarding.
What you'll do
You will work mobile across three residential locations, where aging clients with intensive care and support needs reside. Each location has its own dynamic, but personal attention, structure, and quality of life are central everywhere.
Clients have diverse care needs, ranging from partial support to full assistance with ADLs. Work involves using aids such as ceiling lifts and shower trolleys. Attention is given to nursing care, such as compression stockings, catheter care, and support with eating and drinking. Many clients value their own autonomy and a clear daily structure, while others specifically need intensive guidance and proximity.
In addition to daily care, there is plenty of attention for well-being and meaningful daily activities. Think of walking, cycling, communal coffee moments, creative activities, or individual one-on-one guidance.
Your duties include
- Performing intensive ADL care, from support to full assistance
- Working with ceiling lifts and other care aids where necessary
- Guiding clients in their daily activities and stimulating their own autonomy
- Identifying changes in health, behavior, and well-being and acting appropriately upon them
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a safe, structured, and homely living environment
How you'll work
You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.
You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.
