ANW Lead Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (flex)

Are you an HBO nurse in Mental Healthcare and do you want to decide for yourself when you work as an ANW Lead?

As a flex ANW Lead, you choose your own shifts in child and adolescent psychiatry in Barendrecht. You step in when the team needs you, in the evening, at night, and on the weekend. A Sunday shift earns up to €48.13 per hour.

As an ANW Lead, you are responsible for the daily course of affairs during evening, night, and weekend hours at a site with clinics for child and adolescent psychiatry. You monitor the treatment policy and, together with various disciplines, ensure safe and appropriate care. You also maintain calm and overview in complex and unexpected situations.

• Monitoring the psychological, somatic, and social care for patients and staff
• Supporting group leaders and nurses and providing instructions in pedagogical and nursing fields
• Acting in crisis situations and emergencies, according to protocol
• Coordinating the deployment of different disciplines

A shift runs from 18:00 to 08:00. Between 00:00 and 07:00, you are on sleep duty. If you are woken up and must work, those hours count as worked hours.

• €4,000 to €5,294 gross per month based on 36 hours, CAO Mental Healthcare job group 55, as of July 1, 2026.
• 8.33% holiday allowance and 8.33% year-end bonus. Allowances: 22% in the evening, 44% at night, 38% to 49% on Saturday, and 60% on Sunday and public holidays.

• You choose your own shifts in the GOED. app, without a mandatory number of hours. Prefer fixed hours? A contract of 16 to 36 hours per week is also possible.
• First aid (BHV), administering medication, and aggression regulation are available free of charge via GOED.academy.
• Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expenses, and pension, and a fixed contact person who answers when you call.

• A completed HBO degree in Nursing
• Affinity with child and adolescent psychiatry
• You act independently and have good communicative and organizational skills
• You remain calm and decisive in crisis situations
• Experience with coordinating or leadership tasks in healthcare is a plus
