What you'll get

The gross monthly salary is at least € 3,551 and at most € 5,200 based on a 36-hour work week (CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, scale 55, 2% CAO increase follows as of November 1, 2026).

We offer good secondary employment conditions, including:

Your main task is the execution of (innovative) projects at the intersection of Welfare and Care. Collective offerings, preventive work, and helping to make impact and social value visible are keywords. Strengthening collaboration with other parties is also one. As a project leader, you develop projects, execute them, and contribute to the positioning and innovation of MEE.

Requirements

· You have extensive experience with project management in the social domain;

· You are decisive, and strong in analyzing, structuring, and collaborating

· You have experience and/or expertise in the field of ‘the movement forward’, including preventive and collective work;

· Knowledge of / experience with the target groups of our organization;

· You are connecting;

· Education at HBO level.
