Your new job | About your key responsibilities
You will be part of the Tax Technology & Transformation team, a fast-growing and strategic team within EY that operates cross-service line. With the high pace at which technology develops, this team functions as a specialized task force where years of Tax expertise and technological innovation come together.

In this role, you will get the unique opportunity to pioneer together with various Tax teams within EY and transform the business in an innovative way. You will lead projects focused on improving the Tax operating model, increasing data quality, and implementing emerging digital solutions.

The primary goal of this position is shaping and driving digital Tax transformation programs and developing technology roadmaps. You will work closely with various Tax teams to realize integrated and future-proof solutions. In doing so, you are responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of Tax systems, the optimization of Tax data, and driving automation initiatives with technologies such as RPA, AI, and cloud. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and maintain strong client relationships.

Three core responsibilities:

• Leading digital Tax transformation programs and technology roadmaps
• Managing Tax data analysis and automation projects
• Performing Tax functional assessments and post-transaction integration work

This role is challenging due to the rapidly changing technological landscape in which you operate. You will continuously develop practical and innovative solutions that align seamlessly with our clients' needs.

Your office | Amsterdam
Our office in Amsterdam is located in the Zuidas: a vibrant area where many companies are established. In our Cross Towers, no fewer than 1,500 people are welcomed every day upon arrival. • A completed degree in Tax, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Science, or a similar field
• At least 5 years of experience with Tax technology or Tax transformation projects
• In-depth understanding of Tax processes and digital tools, essential for developing effective technological solutions
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, crucial for clearly conveying complex technical concepts to clients and colleagues
• Strong leadership and project management skills to successfully drive projects and coach teams
