Senior Transformation Lead - People & AI

For this role, the focus lies on digital transformation and AI: you connect strategy, technology, organization, and people, ensuring that ambitions do not remain merely plans or experiments, but lead to application and results. You:

• comprehend complex (AI) transformations and translate them into a clear and people-centric vision and approach;

• bring a combination of substantive direction and execution power, where you steer decision-making, implementation, and safeguarding;

• understand what is required to realize AI transformation in large organizations, at the intersection of strategy, people, processes, and technology.

• help in devising suitable solutions and interventions and guide colleagues in realizing them;

• remain steady and connecting when interests clash or situations become complex;

• steer towards actual movement, behavioral change, and visible results.

Depending on the assignment, you will work together with colleagues from our expertise teams Change Management, Communication & Activation, Learning & Development, People & Culture, and Serious Gaming. You bring the right expertise together and collectively shape one approach that fits the assignment.

You combine your experience and change management expertise with substantive knowledge of digital transformation and AI. You know what is needed to get people on board and create progress.

You actively seek collaboration, dare to challenge existing ways of working, and believe that real change only occurs when plans are converted into behavior. You combine creativity with sharp analysis and take ownership of results. In this way, we create momentum together.

Within Frisse Blikken, you share your experience, coach colleagues, and help further develop our expertise and propositions.

Creating business is an important part of your role. You further expand existing relationships with clients and create new opportunities. You recognize commercial opportunities and help convert them into assignments, via quotes, pitches, and presentations.

As far as we are concerned, commerce begins with a good network and solid substance: understanding what is happening, contributing your own perspective, and bringing clients to new ideas.

By now, you have built up considerable experience. At Frisse Blikken, you get the opportunity to apply that experience to various complex change assignments and to further expand our expertise in the field of digital transformation and AI.
