Your new job | About your key responsibilities
As a Manager, you will be part of EY Finance (formerly known as Bluefield) with a focus on improving our clients' digital and financial processes. In diverse projects, you will act as project leader, applying your knowledge to tackle our clients' challenges seamlessly and guiding junior colleagues to a higher level.

In this role, you will:

• Lead projects. You are the driving force behind various (international) projects, from start to successful completion. You monitor progress, analyze results, and identify new opportunities.
• Achieve process improvement. You analyze how things can be done better and ensure that, together with your team, improvements are truly and efficiently implemented.
• Position yourself as a sparring partner. You maintain high-quality contacts with the top of client organizations and inspire your team.
• Coach, manage, and guide. You share your expertise, stimulate colleagues, and contribute to their professional growth.
• You are in direct contact with CFOs and Management Teams and translate their questions into workable solutions.
