Senior Transformation Lead

As a Senior Transformation Lead, you advise and help organizations to actually get strategy in motion. You provide direction to complex change tasks, connect people and expertise, and take responsibility for the realization of plans within the organization.

You work on programs revolving around one or more of these challenges. Sometimes a clear ambition or strategy is already in place. Sometimes it begins with an issue that still needs to be sharpened.

You:

• comprehends complex organizational tasks and translates them into a clear and people-oriented vision and approach;

• bring a combination of substantive direction and execution power, where you steer decision-making, implementation, and safeguarding;

• works together with and advises our clients at executive level (or just below) in large and complex organizations;

• help in devising suitable solutions and interventions and guide colleagues in realizing them;

• remain steady and connecting when interests clash or situations become complex;

• steer towards actual movement, behavioral change, and visible results.

Depending on the task, you work together with colleagues from our expertise teams in Change Management, Communication & Activation, Learning & Development, People & Culture, and Serious Gaming. You bring the right expertise together and jointly shape a fresh approach that fits the task.

You quickly make new subjects your own, connect different perspectives, and come up with an approach that goes off the beaten path. You dare to challenge a client or colleague if you think it can be done differently or better.

You actively seek collaboration, dare to challenge existing ways of working, and believe that real change only occurs when plans are converted into behavior. You combine creativity with sharp analysis and take ownership of results. In this way, we create momentum together.

Within Frisse Blikken, you share your experience, coach colleagues, and help further develop our expertise and propositions.

Creating business is an important part of your role. You further expand existing relationships with clients and create new opportunities. You recognize commercial opportunities and help convert them into assignments, via quotes, pitches, and presentations.

As far as we are concerned, commerce begins with a good network and solid substance: understanding what is happening, contributing your own perspective, and bringing clients to new ideas.
