Within our PAS Global Mobility team in Eindhoven, we are looking for a Manager with experience in or an affinity for cross-border labor.

As a Manager within PAS Global Mobility, you will work in an international, diverse, and enthusiastic team and will work to advise our (international) clients on tax and social security aspects of cross-border labor. There are also plenty of opportunities to specialize within PAS in the fields of restructuring, employee participation, international social security, and many other possibilities.

You will work to help our clients manage the complex compliance, reporting, and risks directly related to the global deployment of employees. You will do this by:

  • Thinking along with international organizations regarding their global strategy for their mobility program and the tax and social security implications thereof for their employees;
  • Ensuring that organizations are informed about compliance with existing and new legislation and other relevant developments regarding cross-border labor;
  • Maintaining contact with your clients' employees to inform them of the tax and social security implications of working cross-border;
  • Delving into tax and social security laws, regulations, and case law. Additionally, you will gain experience in how this legislation/case law works in practice;
  • Advising our clients at a strategic level on the tax law and social security aspects of cross-border labor.

  • You have a sense of humor, a positive attitude, and you value a pleasant working environment.

  • Interviews can mix in-person, phone and video contact.
  • You may be asked to complete a written or online assessment.
