Spare Parts Warehouse Leader

We are looking for an enthusiastic Spareparts Warehouse Leader who is responsible for all occurring activities in the Technical Warehouse. Additionally, you will lead the Spareparts Warehouse employee.

The Spareparts Warehouse Leader works in day shifts within the Technical Site Support department. This department is responsible for the planning and preparation of technical activities within the entire machine park, a good state of utilities and facilities, and the storage and administration of all spare parts in the Technical Warehouse. Technical materials and spare parts for breakdowns and the maintenance of production machines and technical installations are stored in this warehouse.

The goal of the position is managing machine parts, tools, and other technical materials in the technical warehouse and organizing the urgent order and repair flow. You report to the TSS Manager.

• The receiving and issuing of goods and the organization of goods and services for the benefit of planned and unplanned activities.
• Receipt of goods, storage and the issuing of goods, incoming inspection, and the administrative processing thereof
• Management of employees, including coaching, directing, and conducting interviews
• Reviewing required urgent orders for technical materials
• Ordering supplies from suppliers
• Maintaining an overview of technical materials to be repaired, creating repair orders, and presenting the costs to budget holders.
• Managing inventory of technical materials and the issuing of goods, both administratively and physically
• Monitoring stock levels and placing purchase orders in consultation with budget holders
• Organizing goods for planned and unplanned activities
• Entering, checking, and correcting master data for materials
• Material management in SAP and acting as a key user for this
• Analyzing consumption and determining the correct stock levels in consultation with departments
• Requesting and evaluating quotes and maintaining contacts with suppliers
• Monitoring committed delivery times
• Optimizing warehouse inventory
• Organizing and performing mandatory checks such as warehouse counts
• Organizing the warehouse and making proposals to improve procedures and working methods
