At our locations in Venlo, you will work in a largely automated environment in which technology and data support your team. You focus on what matters: leading people, improving performance, and making the operation a little better every day: you contribute to it.

As a warehouse team leader, you are the connecting link between the warehouse supervisor and the shop floor. With your helicopter view, you know exactly what is happening, where bottlenecks arise, and where you need to adjust. You anticipate peaks, monitor the workflow, and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time. You achieve this by:

• coordinating and distributing daily activities within inbound and/or outbound;
• leading, motivating, and guiding your team on the shop floor;
• identifying and resolving disruptions in the process;
• monitoring KPIs such as productivity, quality, and lead times;
• acting as the first point of contact for colleagues and the warehouse supervisor.

• experience leading teams within a logistics or warehouse environment (3PL is a plus);
• knowledge of logistical processes and affinity with automated systems;
• strong English communication skills and a coaching leadership style;
• a proactive mindset and the ability to switch gears quickly;
• willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
