Our location in Cuijk is a production site where, with about 250 employees, we recycle, produce, and process paper into tissue products such as toilet paper, kitchen paper, cleaning paper, and napkins.

For the Paper Mill, we are looking for an ambitious operator who has the potential to develop into an Operator B. You report to the Supervisor and you work in a 5-shift roster with flexible shifts.

You will learn all activities within the Paper Mill in order to ultimately be able to grow into an Operator B.

• In the paper production process, the Operator B monitors and controls the entire process, such that progress is ensured in both qualitative and quantitative terms. Taking safety and the environment into account, you ensure that the planned paper production is realized;
• Furthermore, as an Operator B, you give technical instructions to the Operator A and you are actively involved in training new employees. You supervise the correct execution of the activities;
• You ensure the correct functioning of the machine park and keep it in good condition. This includes, among other things, performing inspections, carrying out minor maintenance, signaling imminent malfunctions, and taking corrective measures. Also, changing machine linings.
• Setting up production reports for the benefit of your supervisor and the staff is part of your duties;
• You make proposals for process improvements and participate in improvement teams.
