• Leadership experience. For example, you already have experience in conducting feedback and contract meetings or showing ownership in process improvements.

• Experience in an operational environment with a diverse group of employees. This could have been, for example, a supermarket, warehouse, or other logistics environment.

• In a complex environment, you maintain an easy overview.

• You quickly see if something can be improved and like to intervene proactively - whether it is tips for the employees or process changes, which you discuss with your team.

• Working in our cold room or freezer is no problem for you.

Every day, we delight thousands of Dutch people with fresh groceries at their own doorstep. As a Team Lead, you will daily lead a team of warehouse employees and assistant team leads to ensure that all those delicious items leave our warehouse on time and in good order.

As a Team Lead in our warehouse, you will lead a rock-solid team of assistant team leads and warehouse employees. Together, you will ensure that our beautiful groceries are packed with care and prepared for delivery every day without issues. You will do this in various shifts. During the day, you will mainly ensure that orders are prepared, and in the evening, you will prepare those for tomorrow.

• Lead dozens of Assistant Team Leads and Warehouse Employees, who are responsible for receiving, checking, and picking all products in the various halls of our warehouse.

• Ensure that your team is motivated and works efficiently and safely.

• Be critical and proactive about improvements to our processes, which can always be faster, safer, and cleaner.

• Develop your leadership skills and help the people in your team take steps in their development through targeted coaching.

• You will be part of a move to a cool new location near Zaandam and you will play a crucial role in that.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will work in one of our warehouses, where we daily manage the inflow and outflow of thousands of groceries.
