Warehouse Team Leader

• At least two years of experience in a similar leadership role within supply chain or logistics.

• Availability during regular working hours (08:00 - 17:00) and flexible enough to deviate occasionally if the operation requires it.

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level: Obtained through education or work experience.

• Result-oriented leadership: You are the driving force behind your team and focus fully on leading, coaching, and developing your employees.

• Process insight: You always see opportunities to improve efficiency (knowledge of LEAN is a plus).

• Data-driven: You analyze KPIs and deviations sharply and take proactive action.

As Warehouse Team Leader at Bidfood Geleen, you literally drive our logistical heart! In our distribution center, you are responsible for smooth daily operations. You directly lead approximately 35 employees and report to the Head of Logistics.

You keep our logistical processes tight: from the receipt of goods and order picking to returns and administration. Good to know: as a wholesaler in the foodservice industry, we work with different temperature zones (dry, chilled, and frozen). You generally work from 08:00 to 17:00, with very occasional support required in the evening or on weekends.
