Are you a natural leader who gets energy from developing people, building strong teams, and achieving results? At GXO Logistics, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager for our location in Venlo.

In this role, you are the driving force behind a large operational department. You ensure not only a smoothly running operation, but above all an environment in which people can grow, collaborate, and get the best out of themselves every day. With your leadership, you know how to inspire teams, stimulate ownership, and achieve excellent results together.

You will directly manage 1 to 5 Team Leaders and be indirectly responsible for a team of approximately 50 to 100 employees. In addition, you will work closely with various stakeholders within the organization and report to the Operations Manager.

You will join one of the most innovative GXO locations in Venlo, a modern 60,000 m² warehouse where technology, collaboration, and continuous improvement are central. You will work in an international team with colleagues from different backgrounds and ages. The atmosphere is informal, the challenges are great, and your impact is directly visible.

• Inspiring, coaching, and developing Team Leaders so that they get the best out of themselves and their teams
• Being responsible for the performance of your operational department in terms of safety, quality, productivity, and service
• Creating a positive work culture in which collaboration, ownership, and development are central
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and converting these into concrete results together with your team
• Coordinating and optimizing operational processes to achieve objectives and KPIs
• Analyzing operational challenges, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable improvements
• Ensuring optimal personnel planning in collaboration with Workforce Management
• Bringing people along during changes and ensuring support within the organization
• Actively contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
