Technical Operator

• You have demonstrable technical skills and an MBO-3 diploma in a technical field;

In our factory in Cuijk, we recycle, produce, and process all kinds of paper for our customers. In our converting department, we produce napkins for large fast-food chains, paper cleaning rolls for hospitals, and toilet paper for theme parks. You may know us by the brand name TORK.

As a Technical Operator, you will work in a 5-shift roster on one of our production lines. A responsible job, for which you must be able to stand firm in your shoes. It is your challenge to maintain an overview of the entire process and quickly resolve any process disruptions! As a team, you are responsible for the operation of the machine and you monitor the progress and safety of the entire production process. An enjoyable and varied position, in which you deal with all operational aspects of the production process. Think, for example, of process control, working according to fixed standards, safety, quality, maintenance, and process improvement.

You will start with intensive "on-the-job" training to get to know your machine, during which an internal mentor will coach you. After the induction period, you will be able to operate the entire production line independently. You will work with control and regulation systems. You will learn to analyze and resolve malfunctions. And that is only the beginning! Technology is constantly developing, and that is what we expect from you as well.

Of course, you will not be alone. You will work intensively with your colleagues and form a well-oiled team that is collectively responsible for the machine and the production results. From the moment of arrival until the moment of handover. Together, you monitor production progress, tackle any process disruptions, and perform repairs. As a technical operator, you can resolve malfunctions up to a considerable level, and our employees consider that a real plus. If you truly cannot figure it out as a team, you will call upon the help of our technical experts to get the production line operational again as quickly as possible.
