The role
📍 Industrieweg 87, Berkel en Rodenrijs
Contribute to a flawless logistics process within a dynamic high-tech environment where quality, safety, and structure are central.
Imagine this: every day, valuable components and advanced systems for complex security and communication projects arrive in our warehouse. You don't just ensure these goods physically end up in the right place, but you also manage the administrative handling down to the last detail. You are the indispensable link that ensures our project teams and engineers on location always have the right materials at their disposal.
Within Bosch Energy & Building Solutions, we work on integrated Safety & Security solutions — such as evacuation systems, fire protection, and high-end intercoms — for environments where reliability is vital. What you organize and administer in the warehouse partly determines the success of our projects throughout the Netherlands.
What you'll do
As Warehouse Officer, you ensure that the incoming and outgoing flow of goods runs flawlessly. You check, book, signal, and adjust where necessary. You contribute ideas regarding the layout, supervise the safety of the racking, and ensure that administrative claims are resolved quickly.

- Coordinating with transporters and the administrative handling and submission of damage claims or losses (for example, in the case of transport damage);
- Contributing to a clean, safe, and efficiently organized warehouse;
- Supervising the safety and annual inspections of our warehouse racking (according to the NEN-EN 15635 standard) and the inspection of internal transport equipment (such as pallet jacks);
- Managing and administratively recording waste streams (such as scrap metal, batteries, circuit boards, and ICT waste) in collaboration with our fixed recycling partners;
- Working according to ARBO, VCA, and Bosch safety guidelines.

In their own words
About the company & team
Bosch is not an organization driven by shareholders or short-term results. Bosch is a stable foundation with a focus on:
- Long-term relationships;
- Quality and accuracy over rushed work;
- Sustainable development and training opportunities for employees;
- Responsible business, safety, and continuity.
You see this reflected immediately in the way we work together in our warehouse in Berkel en Rodenrijs: we are a close-knit, professional, and friendly team in which we support each other and can trust each other blindly. Our initial one-year contract is also based on this: not as a temporary trial, but as the careful start of a long-term collaboration.
You will be working in our warehouse on Industrieweg in Berkel en Rodenrijs. You will work closely with our experienced logistics colleagues and coordinate regularly with our Facilities Coordinator. Together, you form the backbone of the logistics operation.
Why this role is challenging:
This is NOT a classic, purely physical warehouse position where you only move boxes. It is a versatile combination role of physical warehouse work, administrative control in our systems, and active coordination with external partners (such as transporters and recycling companies). You truly get responsibility over your own domain.
You coordinate daily with:
- Project leaders and work preparers who need materials for their projects;
- External transporters regarding shipments and potential claims;
- Your direct colleagues from logistics and facilities on location.
