Workshop Manager Commercial Vehicles

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for both technology and people? At AGAM Mercedes-Benz in The Hague, as a Workshop Manager Commercial Vehicles, you will get the chance to combine your leadership and technical knowledge in a key role.

You provide daily leadership to a team of mechanics working on iconic models such as the Sprinter, Vito, Citan, and EQV. You are the one who safeguards quality, stimulates collaboration, and prioritizes customer satisfaction, so that our business customers can always rely on hassle-free mobility.

As Workshop Manager at AGAM Mercedes-Benz Vans, you ensure that our workshop runs smoothly every day. You bring structure to the planning, monitor capacity, maintain oversight, and guarantee high productivity. You are visibly present on the workshop floor, coach mechanics in their development, and step in with complex technical issues—from traditional diesel technology to fully electric eVans.

With your leadership and technical expertise, you make a direct contribution to customer satisfaction, team development, and an efficient workshop organization.

• You organize and control the daily activities in the workshop;
• You guide mechanics in their development and provide technical support where necessary;
• You perform quality controls, spot checks, and test drives (including with Sprinter and EQV);
• You supervise compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations;
• You represent the workshop in After Sales and team meetings;
• You supervise the workshop administration, equipment, and service vehicles.

With your technical knowledge and understanding of people, you know how to get the best out of your team.
