At Louwman Mercedes-Benz in Tiel, we are looking for a Workshop Manager Vans who is technically strong and possesses good leadership skills. In this role, you are responsible for the daily operations in the workshop and ensure that everything runs efficiently, safely, and according to schedule.

As Workshop Manager Vans , you are the point of contact for the team of mechanics. You distribute the work, maintain an overview of the planning, and monitor the quality of all repairs. You personally assist when necessary and support colleagues with diagnoses and complex repairs.

In addition, you will have plenty of room to further develop the workshop. You may suggest areas for improvement, create plans, and develop proposals to increase the efficiency and professionalism of the workshop. In this way, you help the team grow and ensure that customers are always satisfied.
