The role

At HEMA, as a first-class commercial vehicle technician, you have direct influence on the availability and safety of our fleet. In our own workshop in Utrecht, you will work on approximately 60 vehicles and twice as much other equipment; from trucks (MAN and Mercedes) and trailers to swap bodies. You will join a small, close-knit team where you are given a lot of freedom, enjoy short lines of communication, and truly make a difference. Here, you don't just wrench; you think along, analyze, and ensure that everything keeps moving. This department is of enormous importance to the organization and is part of a team that manages everything in-house. You are the specialist who ensures that the fleet remains safe, reliable, and available. No two days are the same: you switch between inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, while working with good equipment and keeping everything under control in-house.

What you'll do

Performing and signing off on APK inspections and analyses
Detecting and resolving complex faults
Maintenance and repairs to trucks (including MAN and Mercedes)
Working on trailers, semi-trailers, swap bodies, and shunting vehicles
Thinking along about improvements within the workshop and the fleet
