For our Hedin Automotive Schadeherstel location in Groningen, we are looking for a Workshop Manager. Someone who has as much of a heart for cars as we do. Here, we provide high-quality, brand-approved damage repair for the beautiful car brands Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Hongqi, Jeep, Leapmotor, Opel, and Peugeot, as well as universal damage repair. But what exactly can you expect from the position of Workshop Manager?

As Workshop Manager, you are the heart of the workshop at our damage repair location in Groningen. You lead 11 driven colleagues in the panel beating and spray painting departments and ensure a pleasant and productive atmosphere in which everyone can develop. You are the one who brings the various teams at the location together, so that the workshop runs like a well-oiled machine. With your eye for detail, you ensure that quality remains high and that the workshop is always tidy, safe, and organized. Additionally, you motivate and inspire your team to strive for the best results together, with the goal of satisfied customers and a successful location.

• You provide daily leadership to your workshop team, offer support, and ensure their development, while stimulating a close team atmosphere

• Together with the Damage Advisors, you create a thoughtful workshop schedule and distribute tasks, so that everyone knows what needs to be done

• You maintain close supervision of the progress of the work, ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan, and you step in when necessary in the workshop

• You ensure a safe, tidy, and organized workshop and guarantee that all damage repair work meets our high quality standards

• You take action to achieve the workshop objectives, such as improving the invoicing rate, increasing cost efficiency, and striving for high customer satisfaction
