Are you an experienced technician with leadership capabilities? Are you looking for a role in which you can combine your technical knowledge with motivating and guiding a team? As Workshop Manager Trucks at Mercedes-Benz, you are responsible for the workshop and ensure that your team performs optimally in the care of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

What will you be doing?

As Workshop Manager Trucks, you are the pivot in the workshop. You ensure efficient work planning, guide and support your team, and always keep an eye on customer satisfaction. You monitor the quality of the work performed and guarantee that everything meets the strict Mercedes-Benz standards.

And an extra bonus: this year we are starting the construction of our brand-new building, a development of which you will be an important part from the very beginning!

What you will be doing:

• Leading the team of mechanics and technicians within the Vans workshop

• Coordinating work orders and ensuring efficient work planning and execution

• Quality control of all maintenance and repair work

• Supervising compliance with safety and quality standards

• Supporting the team with technical issues and daily activities

You have experience as a technician and now want to take on responsibility in a leadership position. You are a motivator for your team and have an eye for detail. You have knowledge of Vans and know how to convey this to your team. Additionally:
