Technical Property Manager

• You have a relevant technical education at HBO level, preferably mechanical engineering.
• You possess relevant work experience in a similar position.
• You have demonstrable experience with multi-year maintenance planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of and experience with relevant laws and regulations in the field of real estate and installation management.
• You are a strong communicator, both orally and in writing, and know how to connect various stakeholders.
• You work in a structured manner, are analytical, and proactive.
• You possess excellent negotiation skills and are strong in supplier management.
• You are stress-resistant, result-oriented, and like to take responsibility.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages is required.

As a Technical Property Manager  you are the driving force behind the optimal functioning of our buildings, installations, and grounds. You bear full responsibility for management and maintenance. You are not only our internal expert, but also the face to our external partners and suppliers.

• Management & advisory: you draw up a multi-year maintenance plan, manage it, and advise the FCM manager on investments, functionality, and risks regarding our buildings, installations, and grounds.
• Supplier management: you are responsible for directing, contracting, and evaluating contracted suppliers. You engage third parties for maintenance based on framework agreements or ad-hoc activities and monitor the quality and price of the work performed.
• Project coordination: you advise, monitor, and supervise the realization of (new) installations(parts) and building(parts) to be placed. You draw up requirements programs for building and building-related installation projects.
• Safety & Compliance: you act as the installation work supervisor and participate in an on-call service. You participate in internal and external audits and ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with internal SLAs and relevant laws and regulations.
• Stakeholder Management: you are the central point of contact for various internal departments (collecting needs and coordinating replacement projects) and external parties such as government, fire department, and authoritative bodies.
• Quality monitoring: you monitor the performed work and evaluate the quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness, whereby you translate SLAs into concrete agreements with suppliers.

This concerns a position for 1 FTE (40 hours per week).
