Workshop Manager in the Netherlands

As Workshop Manager, you will receive plenty of autonomy and will be responsible for all activities within your workshop. You will guarantee the quality of your team's work and support both the branch manager and the colleagues at the workshop reception. Your active contribution ensures maximum productivity and efficiency.

• At least MBO level of work and thinking;

• A diploma as a 1st Class Automotive Technician or Technical Specialist is a plus;

• APK diploma;

• Knowledge of workshop and maintenance systems;

• Result-oriented, decisive, and proactive;

• Experience in leadership + coaching the workshop team;

• Flexible and stress-resistant;

• Customer- and service-oriented attitude.
