Workshop Manager in the Netherlands

What are you going to do?
For our Van Mossel Mercedes-Benz and Smart location in Dordrecht, we are looking for a workshop manager. In this role, in consultation with the service advisors, you will manage the workshop and jump in where necessary. Due to the premium service we offer our customers, cars from other brands also come into our workshop. You are responsible for the planning and the distribution of tasks within the team. When necessary, you jump in and roll up your sleeves. You guide and motivate the colleagues in the workshop and ensure a safe working environment. What will your tasks and responsibilities include, among other things?

• Leading the team in the workshop;

• Ultimately responsible for the quality of the work performed;

• Advising on improving quality and efficiency;

• Communication with the importer regarding technical matters.

Who are you?
Experience as a supervisor within the Automotive sector is, of course, a plus. If you do not have that experience yet, but you do possess extensive technical knowledge in the field of car maintenance and repairs, then we offer you the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills.
