Your role:
The face of our service

As a Service Advisor, you are the first and last point of contact for our BMW and MINI drivers. You make the difference in their day.
You ensure that customers feel seen, that technical questions are translated clearly, and that the workshop knows exactly what is needed.

You are responsible for:

• A premium reception for every customer
• Translating customer wishes into a clear work order
• Clear communication with the mechanics
• Control over appointments, planning, and progress
• A professional explanation when the car is picked up
• Flawless administrative handling

You get energy from helping people, love switching between tasks, and have a natural sense of service. You understand technology sufficiently to advise, but you especially excel in communication and oversight.
