Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for estate planning and corporate income tax? Step into a key role in which you guide entrepreneurs and family businesses in making their wealth tax-proof for the future.
As a (Senior) Estate Planner within our national CIT tax practice, you are the specialist at the intersection of estate planning, income tax, and corporate income tax. You advise entrepreneurs, family businesses, and directors/major shareholders (DGA's) on the optimal structuring of their wealth, business succession, and tax continuity. In this role, you work closely with colleagues from other disciplines, such as: compilation practice, corporate finance, and legal advisory.
Advising on business succession, wills, gifts, and family wealth structures.
Preparing tax analyses and advice regarding estate planning within the CIT context.
Guiding restructurings and transfers of businesses.
Identifying tax opportunities and risks for clients.
Collaborating with internal and external specialists to reach integrated solutions.
