Junior Production Planner

You possess at least an MBO level of working and thinking or a WTB (Mechanical Engineering) background

You have experience (in a similar role) within steel construction and possess good material knowledge

You can read drawings well and work independently in Autocad

You possess good communication skills in the Dutch and English languages

For this position, the salary is between € 3200 and € 3500 gross per month (based on full-time employment), excluding holiday allowance.
We determine the exact grading based on your knowledge and experience.
This position falls under the CAO Metaal & Techniek.

Furthermore, you receive 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days per year (based on full-time employment), holiday allowance, travel allowance (23 cents/km), and a good pension scheme.

Niron Staal Amsterdam B.V. is looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn: Jr. Production Planner/ Engineer(M/F). In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the production planning, scheduling, guidance, and completion of our steel construction projects.

The goal of this pivotal role is to ensure that foremen and people in the Machine Factory can perform their work well. The work package that you deliver from production planning is complete.

Together with purchasing, you order materials and tools and maintain constant contact with execution, so that you can respond to changes. In addition to production planning, you will be involved in making calculations and post-calculations. You will process the administration resulting from the activities in our ERP system. The lines are short and the products we work on are located in the hall where you walk daily, so you see the results of your work quickly! You will be guided by very experienced colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge with you. We offer you a position in an international environment where no two days are the same.
