Installation Planner

• At least a completed MBO-4 education in a technical field.
• Experience as a werkvoorbereider, planner, project coordinator, or similar position within building technology.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of the Dutch language and sufficient knowledge of English.
• Driving license B.

For our BMS project team in Gorinchem, we are looking for a structured and proactive Werkvoorbereider / Installation Planner who ensures that our installations are carried out smoothly, safely, and according to schedule.

As a Werkvoorbereider / Installation Planner, you play a central role within our BMS projects. You ensure that materials, people, documentation, and planning are perfectly aligned. Through your preparation, our technicians, engineers, and project managers can work efficiently and projects can be successfully realized.

You are responsible for planning and coordinating installation activities, monitoring progress, and supporting the project organization from start to completion.

• Creating, managing, and optimizing installation schedules for BMS projects.
• Scheduling technicians, subcontractors, and necessary resources in collaboration with project managers.
• Monitoring the progress of work and identifying deviations or risks in a timely manner.
• Aligning activities with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Ordering and calling off materials within budget and project planning.
• Coordinating deliveries to project locations and subcontractors.
• Processing and registering material flows in the ERP system.
• Handling returns, defects, and post-calculations.

• Creating and managing project documentation, including work packages, HSE plans, TRAs, PVAs, and handover documents.
• Supporting project managers with progress reports and project administration.
• Tracking and processing extra and reduced work.
• Ensuring complete and correct administration within the project file.

• Conducting project visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
• Supporting workplace inspections and safety checks.
• Monitoring the progress of engineering and installation activities.
• Actively contributing to process improvements within the project organization.

After several months, you will have:

• Full insight into ongoing BMS projects and installation schedules.
• Established a reliable schedule that aligns with project objectives and available capacity.
• Built strong relationships with technicians, project managers, customers, and suppliers.
• Contributed to the efficient execution of projects with minimal delays.
