Civil Works Supervisor

• A completed MBO or HBO education, preferably in Civil Engineering.

• Demonstrable experience within Infrastructure or Utility Construction

• Affinity with multidisciplinary projects

• The salary for this position is between €4,291 and €6,256 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience;

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra);

• 43 leave days according to the Cao Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

We are currently looking for reinforcement for our team for TenneT's Offshore Grid 2GW program.

This will be your job

As a civil works supervisor, you are the pivot in the execution of this extensive project; this is your chance to contribute to the energy transition. Together with your team, you play a key role in TenneT's 2GW program, in which multiple onshore stations are being realized to transport energy from offshore wind farms to the high-voltage grid. You lead the execution team and monitor the quality, planning, and budget of the project. In your daily activities, you work intensively with colleagues, partners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure everything runs safely and efficiently. Safety is always your top priority, and you take an active role in it. Additionally, you contribute to the preparation phase of the project and provide your knowledge and experience to execute the project as well as possible.
