Civil Works Supervisor

• A completed technical education (mbo/hbo), preferably in Civil Engineering;

• Demonstrable experience as a site manager (civil);

• You are flexible, a true team player, and with your positive and energetic personality, you know how to motivate people;

• You have a clear vision of your work and enjoy thinking along;

• You master the Dutch language at a minimum of B2 level, both orally and in writing.

As a site manager at our office in Rotterdam, you and your team are responsible for the safe, contractual, and within-budget realization of our projects. Drawing from your expertise, you plan and direct the execution according to the work instructions and ensure the optimal deployment of people, materials, and equipment.

At the project location, you direct construction site employees and subcontractors, monitor progress, and signal any additional or reduced work to the project team. Additionally, you actively promote the HSE plan and ensure a safe and well-organized workplace.
