Mechanical Engineering Supervisor

You are someone who:

• Have mechanical experience in, for example, mechanical engineering, assembly, or metalworking

• Knowledge of MIG/MAG and TIG welding techniques and metalworking;

• Have technical insight and enjoy solving problems

• Have a true hands-on mentality

• Can work independently but can also lead a team

• Are flexible and willing to travel occasionally

• Experience with stainless steel constructions and welding (plus)

• Good command of Dutch and English

• Driving license B

• A good salary up to €5,500 gross based on 38 hours, depending on your experience and knowledge

DutchTecSource (DTS) has been developing and building innovative machines for the food processing industry for more than 25 years. From our workshop in Beusichem, we realize custom solutions that are deployed worldwide. From raw stainless steel material to a fully operational machine: at DTS, we build installations completely in-house from start to finish.

There is a high probability that products you encounter daily in the supermarket have been processed using our machines. Because of this, DTS has had an established name in the international food processing industry for years.

As a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor, you will work on the assembly of our machines in the workshop and supervise installations at customer sites.

You will perform the majority of your work in our workshop in Beusichem, where you will build and test machines together with colleagues. Additionally, you will occasionally travel to customers to supervise installations, lead teams, and ensure that our machines run perfectly.

You will therefore combine practical mechanical work with international supervision.

• Assembling and welding stainless steel machines and installations

• Reading and working according to technical drawings

• Testing machines and preparing them for delivery

• Supervising installations at customer sites

• Supporting local teams during installation and maintenance

• Directing activities during international projects

• Communicating with customers and teams in Dutch and English

You will work approximately 80% in the workshop and 20% on-site at customers.
