Asphalt Foreman

• At least 3 years of experience as an Asphalt Foreman
• Work experience with MS Office
• VCA-VOL certificate
• You possess a B driver's license
• You are available full-time and willing to work occasionally on weekends and at night
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

• A good salary between € 4800,- and € 6500,- per month, depending on your experience. 
• 30 vacation days per year according to the Bouw & Infra CAO.

As an Asphalt Foreman at Strukton, you are the connecting link between preparation and execution. You ensure that every project – large or small – is carried out efficiently and safely. You provide daily leadership to a close-knit asphalt crew on location, keep a sharp eye on progress, and adjust where necessary. Whether it is coordinating equipment and materials, fine-tuning asphalt orders, or determining where the site office will be placed: you handle it. You are the point of contact for suppliers and the broader project team, and you work closely with the Asphalt Coordinator to optimally align the planning. Additionally, you think along about the project approach, identify deviations or opportunities, and take extra or reduced work into account. You also ensure clear daily reports in which activities, quality, and personnel hours are recorded.

Whether you are working on a short-term one-day project or on a major work such as the A15 or asphalt maintenance on Texel — no two days are the same. What does remain the same is your crucial role in our mobility – you ensure that the Netherlands keeps moving!
