Civil Works Foreman

• The salary for this position is between € 4,291.63 and € 6,256.72 per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• With an eye on a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately.

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

• A laptop and a smartphone.

As a Civil Works Supervisor within Dura Vermeer Infra Regio Noord Oost, you will have a versatile role as a Civil Works Supervisor, being active both from one of our offices and at the construction site. You are the connecting link between preparation and execution, between design and realization. Whether it is managing the construction of a bridge, coordinating works on a quay, or realizing energy infrastructure in an industrial environment, you make sure it happens.

This will be your job:

From our regional office or project location, you will work closely with work preparers, project managers, and engineers. On-site, you are the face of Dura Vermeer: you lead your team, monitor progress, and ensure that safety and quality always come first. You switch effortlessly between planning meetings and managing skilled tradespeople outdoors. No two days are the same, and that is exactly what drives you.

• mbo or hbo working and thinking level, preferably civil engineering.

• At least 2+ years of work experience as a supervisor in civil engineering.

• Being able to take responsibility for the daily management of the execution or supervisor(s) of one or more (complex) projects, so that activities are realized safely, qualitatively, and according to schedule and budget.

• Finding it a challenge to empower employees so that they also continue to develop and the entire team continues to grow.

• Just a large dose of enthusiasm to make this a success together!!!
