Do you work as a supervisor in road construction or infrastructure and are you ready for a next step? At Strukton Civiel, you will work on challenging projects in Brabant. From asphalt maintenance and reconstructions to larger infrastructural projects. You are right in the middle of the execution, managing the activities on-site, and seeing the results of your work every day. Moreover, you will get plenty of room to further develop yourself towards Senior Supervisor. 

Together with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients, you ensure that projects are executed safely, according to schedule, and with the right quality. You work on projects close to home in the Breda and Eindhoven region.

What will you be doing?

As a Road Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily execution of road construction and infrastructure projects. You ensure that people, equipment, and materials are available at the right time and maintain control over planning, quality, and safety. 

You work on regional projects within road construction, infrastructure, and civil engineering in Noord-Brabant

Your duties:

• you manage employees and subcontractors;
• you monitor the planning, quality, safety, and progress of the work;
• you organize people, equipment, and materials;
• you maintain contact with clients and other involved parties;
• you identify risks, deviations, and extra or reduced work;
• you participate in construction meetings and work consultations.

• MBO or HBO work and thinking level, preferably in Civil Engineering;
• experience as a supervisor, assistant supervisor, or inspector within infrastructure, road construction, or civil engineering (GWW);
• a practical attitude and natural leadership;
• an eye for safety, quality, and collaboration;
• the drive to complete projects successfully.
